Moz is an incredible owner and so kind and friendly at the counter. I visited on my birthday and he really made my visit a special one. The crab cake benedict and the iced matcha latte was the perfect way to celebrate this morning. I appreciated the quiet cafe - I came around 10am on a Friday, and watched folks come in and out throughout my stay. I am looking forward to my next trip to the city and stopping here again. Thank you again Moz! Cheers!

A large and quiet space to relax from the chaotic street it is on. I have visited three times and will come again when I'm in the area and need to take a break. The breakfast/brunch food is tasty and looks appetizing with fitting dishware, however expensive for the price and serving size. This area of the city is mostly visited by tourists and the prices reflect that. Despite that, the iced Thai tea is 3.99 tax which is the cheapest I've seen around and it tastes great! When I visited in December there were almost no customers so I was able to chat with the owner. He was friendly and upfront about not making any rice pudding due to the low traffic. I expect his food prep to be fresher than the mall food court. This area has a high homeless population so be aware of your surroundings when you come and go.

Food was great. We had the salmon crepe. Big enough to share between 2 people -easy. Picture was taken while we were digging in. Had 2 matcha latte's, one iced and one hot. Hot one was a little on the sweet side for me however this did not affect my review as I don't like any no sugar in anything. Eating buddy stated it was a good iced latte and not too sweet.
